By accessing or using Lucent (the "Service") at lucent.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lucent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
Lucent is a web-based SaaS platform providing simulation-based weapon statistics, time-to-kill analysis, and meta analysis tools for the video game Warzone. The Service is available in two tiers:
Lucent reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including adding or removing features from either tier.
To access the Pro tier, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to create a free account. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a Pro subscription. If you are under 18, you may only use the free tier.
Pro tier subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, you are entering into a payment agreement with Paddle, who will appear as the merchant on your bank statement and tax invoices.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.
Where offered, a 7-day free trial provides full Pro tier access at no charge. No payment is taken until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial period without charge.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel a digital service contract within 14 days without giving a reason. However, you expressly waive this right when you confirm at checkout that you consent to immediate access to the Pro tier and acknowledge that access beginning immediately means you lose your 14-day right to cancel.
By completing your subscription purchase and confirming the checkout waiver, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Lucent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these terms without notice or refund. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will handle any personal data associated with your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [YOUR EMAIL].
The Service integrates with and may link to third-party websites and services, including Paddle for payment processing and social media platforms. These third parties operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, for which Lucent accepts no responsibility. Your use of any third-party service is entirely at your own risk and subject to that party's own terms.
All content on the Service, including but not limited to the E[TTK] simulation methodology, analytical frameworks, written analysis, visual design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lucent or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.
Warzone is a registered trademark of Activision Publishing, Inc. Lucent is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision or its affiliates.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lucent does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or analysis is complete, accurate, or current. Weapon statistics and game data are subject to change at any time due to game updates; Lucent makes reasonable efforts to reflect such changes but does not guarantee real-time accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lucent in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucent and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
